Our Product and Resource Team keeps track of the best Audio-Visual Products & Performing Artistes and the Design Team conceptualizes and creates the ambience best suited for the specific audience and their needs. Depending on the size of the projects, Octave also develops a 3-D CAD Model for the venue and the same can be presented to the customers. Innovation and creativity are Octave’s two major strengths, which are never compromised irrespective of the size of the project.

Entertainment Solution Services: Octave provides entertainment solutions for Musical Nites, Theme Parties, Corporate Events, Dealer Meets & Conferences, Road Shows, Seminars etc.

Event Management Services : We provide end-to-end Event Management Services from conceptualization, creation and designing of the event to successful execution. All the activities are customer-centric and are driven by their specifications like stage and set designing, decor designing, sound setup, visual support, backstage & front stage co-ordination and management etc.

Celebrity Co-ordination : Our Resource Team is into relationship management and coordination with Film Stars, Performing Artistes, Entertainers, Sports Personalities and Models etc.

Audio Visual Services : Octave has a dedicated team for providing services in the area of Music Videos, Corporate Films, Television Shows and Multimedia Presentations.

The Team
Octave recognizes Teamwork, Productivity and Values as the necessary ingredients for Success. The management team comprises of professionals with rich experience, aggregating more than 80 man-years, in Electronics, Management, Software, Design and Finance. They all have been deeply involved with one form of the performing art or the other like Poetry, Ghazals, Classical Music, Dramatics and various other forms.

For ease of operations Octave has different teams with defined Objectives and Key Result Areas: Marketing, Product Management, Design, Resource Planning and Execution. Team Work is the driving force and on numerous occasions we have seen individuals surpassing their Responsibility Matrix to beat the Time, Quality and Cost Estimates.

• Model Coordination for clients & celebrity coordination for inaugural events.
• Production of Television Serial Hansgola presenting Leading Hindi Poets like Surendra Sharma, Gemini Haryanvi, Arun Gemini, Hullad Muradabadi, Ahlad Bikaneri, Omprakash Aditya, Ashok Chakradhar, Atalji, Madhup Pandey, Dr Bal Kavi Bairagi, Nazar Barni, Dr Sarojini Pritam, Surendera Dubey etc.
• Production of Television Serial Back Stage presenting celebrities from Film Industry like Ravi Tandon, Lawrence D’souza, Alka Yagnik, Indeevar, Sameer, Yogesh, Iqbal Durrani, Vinod Pande, Tabun, Shantilal Soni, etc. Production of a promotional program for NEPC Channel using icons likes Ritu Beri, Rohit Bal, Dr Amrita Pritam, Col. Kapoor, Kiran Bedi etc.
• Organized Interschool Young Artist Hunt Competition hosted by a reputed Public School in New Delhi.
• Event Management with entertainment organizing for IRCON INTERNATIONAL LTD. For their Annual Function at New Delhi.
• Corporate Picnic for staff & family of SAP India Pvt. Ltd.
